Terms and Conditions

1. Payments
Landly is pay-per-offer: you pay only for the individual offers you choose to buy, at the price listed on that offer, with no subscription or recurring billing of any kind. All prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Within 14 days: You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as the voucher has not been redeemed. A cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted from the refund, which is made to the original payment method.
After redemption: Once a voucher has been redeemed at the business, that purchase is final and non-refundable.
How to cancel: Email team.landly@gmail.com with your order number. We confirm every cancellation by email.
3. Vouchers and Deals
Each voucher is valid for the period shown on its offer and at checkout (180 days from purchase unless stated otherwise); its expiry date appears in your wallet. Vouchers are redeemed at the business under the redemption terms shown on the offer, are linked to your Landly account and are non-transferable.
Members only: Anyone can browse the perks showcased on Landly without an account. Buying a perk, receiving and redeeming voucher codes, and seeing a partner's full redemption details and terms are available only to registered members who are signed in.
4. Closing Your Account
How to close: You can ask us to close your Landly account and delete your personal data at any time, in Settings → Delete Account on the website or in the app, or by emailing team.landly@gmail.com from the address registered to your account.
Within 30 days: We delete your account and personal data, and confirm by email, within 30 days of your request. Order and transaction records that we must keep by law are retained, no longer linked to an active account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Unredeemed vouchers: Closing your account cancels any vouchers you have not redeemed, and they cannot be restored. If a purchase is still within its 14-day cancellation period, cancel it as described in section 2 before asking to close your account, and we will refund it to your original payment method.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
