1. Membership and Billing

Landly offers three membership tiers: Monthly (39 ILS per month), Quarterly (99 ILS per 3 months, equivalent to 33 ILS per month), and Annual (348 ILS per year, equivalent to 29 ILS per month). All plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plan: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current period.

Quarterly Plan: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for unused months within the prepaid quarter unless required under Israeli consumer protection law (Protection of Consumer Law, 1981).

Annual Plan: You may cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund minus any vouchers already redeemed. After 14 days, cancellations are not eligible for a refund for the remaining prepaid period.

3. Vouchers and Deals

All voucher purchases and redemptions are made exclusively via the Landly app. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once redeemed. Unused vouchers expire on the date stated on each individual voucher.

4. Hotel Night Raffle Regulations

Active Landly subscribers are eligible for entry into periodic Tel Aviv hotel night raffles as an exclusive membership perk. There is no fixed schedule, frequency, or guaranteed commitment regarding when raffles take place.

  • The prize consists of one hotel night in Tel Aviv, valid for a couple (2 guests) only.
  • Breakfast and any additional hotel expenses (minibar, room service, spa, parking, etc.) are excluded and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward.
  • Winners must present a valid government issued ID matching the registered Landly account at check-in.
  • Eligibility is reserved exclusively for active Landly account holders with a valid, non-cancelled subscription at the time of the draw and at the time of stay.
  • Landly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the raffle program at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
